Sherry Gibbs Realty offers a competitive listing commission of 2%.

  • Listing Broker Commission: A 2% commission is calculated on the final sales price.
  • Includes: MLS listing, professional photos, floor plan, 3D Virtual Open House, QR code yard signs, Supra lock, transaction management, and expert negotiation and strategy guidance.
  • Optional A La Carte Services: Additional services like drone aerial photos, twilight photos, or in-person open houses can be added at an extra cost.
